- How do I access the seminars?

Your school or departments administrator will provide you with the access required to attend the training sessions during your subscription period. Once you have this, logging into the training room is easy via the web address using the username and password provided.
- What if I miss a session?

Each product session is scheduled at the same time and day each week so that you can plan in advance. If you miss a session you can simply view and listen to the recording of the session at any time or find the next session on the training calendar.
- Do you provide tracking/attendance reporting?

ready2teach leverages Adobe Connect for running the online training sessions. We track who attends each live session and record attendees survey results. Information is grouped by institution and additional reports can be provided to administrators.
- Do you provide special pricing if we buy our Adobe licensing from you?

- Do you train topics outside Adobe?

Initially we are providing training for popular Adobe products through the ready2teach program. Our aim is to bring additional products into the training program based on customer feedback and new technologies.
- How long do the sessions go for?
-
Each session is 45 minutes in total so that you can attend a session during the day without interrupting your schedule too much. We also run sessions around lunch time and at the end of the day so this might suit you too. You probably should plan to join the session at least 5 minutes before the start time to get yourself set up, and allow for a few minutes at the end for questions and answer time.
